You & Us & The Job

As a van driver at PostNord, you are irreplaceable. You find the way, and your job is a journey towards climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is a must to reach all of Sweden, and we take responsibility from south to north, from rural areas to cities. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, and you will be an important part of this by being trained in eco-driving, among other things. Together, we work to become fossil-free by 2030.

This position is a permanent employment with a full-time rate of 100% starting immediately. Your working hours will be scheduled during the day - within the range of 07:00-18:00, Monday to Friday. (Usually, the end time is 16:15, but there may be work until 18:00). We apply a 6-month probationary period. You will start from Vevaxelgatan 8.

What You Will Do

• Loading, picking up, and distributing packages.
• Meeting our customers where they are. Whether they are agents, private, or corporate customers.

Who You Are

• Curious and self-driven: A large part of the job is done alone, but teamwork is important.
• Patient & secure: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain balance.
• Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are key words. As well as order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time.
• Physically fit: Yes, you are seated during the journey, but you need to be able to exert yourself during pick-up and delivery. For this, you need to have good strength and mobility.
• Adaptable: Unplanned things require flexibility.
• Service-oriented: Customer relationships need the right attitude and feel.
• You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.

What You Bring

• High school diploma
• Category B driver's license and experience driving a car. In this position, you need to have held a driver's license for at least two years.
• Swedish spoken and written
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and an ability to find solutions
